“We moved here in April of this year and this was the best decision we could’ve made choosing where to live. The townhome has a beautiful floor plan that is spacious and thoughtful to the residents. The community is very kind and loving along with how peaceful the area is. We came from a dangerous area to a very quiet area. We had no idea peace existed the way it is here. The management team and maintenance staff are absolutely wonderful. They have a gift of making residents feel seen and heard when it comes to an issue or just general questions. This place truly feels like home.”

“I came here looking for a potential home. And let me just say- the community seems so peaceful and homelike feels. Erin was so kind on showing us the property and I fell in love! She gave us such an amazing tour. And she was so friendly. The homes are so roomy – which I love. The area is not heavy traffic which is a plus! I want the feel of the country but not congested. And this area meets all of my criteria. I hope to soon be a resident here. Everything is so wonderful, just check them out. Price is reasonable also!!!”

“I visited friends who’d just moved here. It’s a beautiful townhouse community with many amenities. It’s exceptionally well maintained. People are friendly amd It’s quiet here. The only drawback is that streets inside bree the gates aren’t well marked, so visitors may have a little trouble finding their way around.”

“Living here has been nothing but amazing! I’ve been here for over a year now and I love it! The staff, the maintenance crew are so attentive and responds quickly to my needs. Anything I need done they handle right away. I couldn’t have asked for a better community! There is always things to do for the residents. I’m greeted by everyone every time I go in the office or walking around the complex. Live here, I promise you won’t be disappointed.”

“I’ve called this place home for six years. While there have been some kinks to work out and issues to resolve over time, overall it’s a very peaceful and secure community. Maintenance doesn’t hesitate to come in and get the job done—and they do it right. The new management staff is surely working hard to cleaned up the mess left by the previous manager.”

“I’ve been here for about 2 weeks now and it’s not bad so far. I did encounter an issue upon moving in that my calling fan isn’t fixed after letting them know multiple times but they were on it and quickly resolved the issue. I like the community and amenities that have to offer and the staff here is nice and approachable. The location is also great and I would definitely recommend living here!”
